On the rare occasion that a parcel is lost or damaged, The FreightGuard Service Guarantee is designed to provide compensation of up to R5 000.00 per consignment while the goods are in the care, custody, and control of CGN Logistics. This is offered, at a very competitive rate – with claims processed promptly and professionally by FreightGuard, with no excess applied to the final settlement.
